    3. Do you offer both hardware and software repairs?

    Yes! Whether it’s a faulty fan or corrupted system files, we provide complete solutions including hardware replacements and software fixes.

    4. How long does a typical repair take?

    Minor issues can be resolved within a few hours. More complex repairs may take 1–3 days depending on parts availability and diagnostics.

    5. Do I need to back up my data before repair?

    We recommend it. Although we do our best to protect your data, backups are important for your safety. We also offer optional data backup services.

    6. Do you offer on-site service or pickup?

    Yes. Depending on your location and the type of device, we offer pickup, drop-off, or even on-site repairs for businesses.

    8. Can you repair servers or only personal devices?

    We handle both! Our technicians are trained in maintaining and repairing business-level servers and IT infrastructure in addition to personal computers and laptops.
